JPEG Image Files

Click on any thumbnail image to see a photo in JPEG format, 768 x 512 pixels in size. You can download and use this photo to illustrate a school report, web page, or other presentation.

To download a JPEG photo,

1. Click on the photo.
2. Choose Save As from the File menu.
   

You can use many current graphics, word-processing, and presentation software programs to work with JPEG image files. For more information about JPEG images, check the JPEG Frequently-Asked Questions list. Also, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) maintains a page of technical information about JPEG format.

If you need a high-resolution photograph, you can download a copy of any image in PCD format.
